Everard Read presents a multidisciplinary exhibition by Lionel Smit, created to contextualise different mediums in different spaces. In an installation format these works are juxtaposed to create a different perception inside the space.

The exhibition revolves around ideas of how we perceive things; as well as how we interpret images inside a certain context. The main idea is to challenge and influence the way that we see. We are programmed in certain frameworks to see things in a certain way.

Walkabout by artist: Tuesday, 8 September at 18h00 and Saturday, 12 September at 10h30.

This show will be running during Johannesburg Art Week and Art Fair and will conclude on the 30th of September 2015.
